What you can expect:

Are you excited about e-commerce and would like to be part of a successful and fast-moving online fashion company?  We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Styling Operations to lead a team of 100 people. You will drive their performance and engagement as well as the growth of the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and development of the Styling department

  • Leading, engaging and developing a team of approx. 100 employees, including motivation and personal development  

  • Responsible for the full operative planning and day-to-day business as well as being a strong driver of strategic development

  • Continuous planning and improvement of the processes with regards to efficiency and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring a high quality of support

  • Responsible for the reporting and continuous monitoring of all relevant KPIs to identify trends and challenges and act quickly upon them. Proactively share analysis to the Board members when relevant

  • Being part of the Management Team, you interact closely with your peers and are responsible for interfacing with different departments and optimizing the communication flows within our company 

Your qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent

  • You have proven results in leading, engaging and developing a large  team in an operational area (Customer Service, Sales or Logistics etc...)

  • You have a great track record in terms of improving the performance of an organization and bringing the results to the next level through people

  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

  • You have strong adaptation and learning abilities for understanding complex business models and processes

  • If you have experience in E-commerce and / or the fashion industry, this is surely a plus

  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Structured and methodical work ethic, a strong sense of ownership, and a good dose of humour complete your profile!
